Kajal Aggarwal, who is making her Bollywood debut with 'Singham', has praised Anushka for her performance in the original version. 'Singham' is the remake of Suriya's film 'Yamudu', where Anushka played the main female lead. Ajay Devagan plays the main protagonist role, essayed by Suriya in the original. "Anushka has done a wonderful job in the original version. My character has been modified in the Hindi version to suit the taste of audience. I think I have done justice to my role," said Kajal. It may be recalled that the role, which Kajal Aggarwal is doing, was earlier offered to Anushka Shetty but due to some unknown reasons the Anushka failed to seal the deal. Later on the same role was offered to Kajal. But Kajal says she has no idea about the reports that Anushka was approached first. "I have no idea about whether the Anushka was approached before her or not!," she said. Kajal is completely busy with the promotions of her Hindi debut film Singham. Hope she rocks in Bollywood too! |
